Mother’s Mixed Pickle is a delectable pickle made with the traditional Punjabi achar recipe. It contains mixed vegetables, which taste amazing and different in the form of pickle. It has the exotic taste of Punjabi style pickles that you can eat with chapatti or mix in your vegetables to add spice and tanginess to them. You may also combine it with Pulav, Dal and rice, hot parathas, or on bread as a sandwich spread. It has a good 12 months shelf life. It is made using mustard oil which gives it decent sharpness!
