Okonomi Sauce 300g – is made from a blend of around 20 different spices, fruits and vegetables. Okonomiyaki sauce is a typical Japanese topping condiment for Japanese pancakes known as Okonomiyaki. This mellow Japanese sauce is characterized by a sweet and rich flavour that comes from carefully selected dates. It has been specially developed for Okonomiyaki, but you can also use it for other fried dishes.
