Laksa is a spicy noodle soup consisting of thick wheat noodles or rice vermicelli with chicken, prawn or fish, served in spicy soup based on either rich and spicy curry coconut milk or on sour asam.

Ingredients: Garlic, Salt, Galangal, Dried Shrimp, Shrimp, Paste, Chilli, Water, Sugar, Lemongrass, Soybean Oil, Ginger, Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid, Acetic Acid, Citric Acid), Spices, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium 5′-Inosinate and Disodium 5′-Guanylate).
