Lobo Stir-fry black pepper sauce 50gm

Thai Stir-Fry Black Pepper Sauc. No Preservatives Added / No additional condiments needed / Makes 2-3 serving

1) Prepare 250 g. fish (Seafood such as shrimp, scallop, squid or meat such as beef chicken can be substituted) fillet, cut into bite size, diced 1/3 bell pepper and ½ onion and cut-up green onion as desired. 2) Heat 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil in a pan. Add bell pepper, onion together with the contents of this packet. Stir-Fry on medium heat. 3) Place fish in the pan. Gently stir fry until fish is cooked. 4) Turn off the heat, sprinkle with green onion and serve.
